A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

The following Terms and Conditions goods advertised on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible and based off the information provided to us by our suppliers. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all the good we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and the relevant owners of Growr are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and the relevant parties will agree to submit the issue before a mediator. The decisions of the mediator will not be binding and the costs of any such mediation will be shared equally between you and the relevant parties.

We offer payments through the generic gateways of Paypal and Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to reach out today.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION & SUBSCRIPTIONS

At Growr we offer two types of subscriptions to all individuals. Both subscription types are free of charge and are easy for you to leave if you ever believe it suitable to do so. To manage your exclusive membership subscriptions, navigate to your Member Profile and select "My Subscriptions." From there, you can adjust your exclusive membership subscriptions. If you wish to be removed from any marketing materials, open up the most recent email our support team has sent you and navigate to the bottom of the email. There you will find a small link that allows you to manage and remove yourself from our marketing channels. If you ever wish to resubscribe you can sign up for an exclusive membership in the My Subscriptions page, or sign up for a free ebook to enter our general marketing channels.

To delete your account, navigate to the My Profile page and scroll to the base of the page, there you will see a button that allows you to delete your account. Please be aware that deleting your account will result in the loss of all data, including receipts of previous purchases, as well as card and sensitive information. Please note that after deleting your account you will remain on our marketing lists as a contact, but rest assured that all sensitive information has been removed from our servers. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. REFUNDS & RETURNS

We only provide refunds or returns for defective products. You have 72 hours from the date of receipt to contact us regarding a defective product. Any reference to a refund within this text includes returns. We will respond and discuss whether a refund or return is appropriate. We will communicate with any offsite suppliers to determine if a refund or return is available and maintain communication during this process. Products from our suppliers have a 14-day refund period from the date of receipt. Please note that we purchase and resell products from around the world. Any issues with discoloration or slight changes in design do not warrant a refund or return.

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following reasons: changing your mind, deciding you do not like the goods, or having no use for them (except where other legislation provides for a 'cooling off' period, such as door-to-door sales); discovering you can buy the goods cheaper elsewhere (except where the seller provides a guarantee that the goods cannot be purchased cheaper elsewhere); examining the goods before buying and noticing any obvious faults; being informed of the defect before buying (e.g., when goods are labeled as seconds or faults are clearly marked); or damaging the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.

To initiate the process, please use the contact link on our website and provide your name and order number. We would also appreciate it if you could provide a reason for the return, as it helps us improve our offerings. Return's may constitute a shipping charge for customers located in Australia.

All returned products must be in their original, unaltered condition. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
